Hi Louisa Morgan, here, I am a Specialist Recruiter working for Workforce Finance Team, specialising within the Accountancy Space, I am excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join a growing and dynamic payroll team within a very well established accountancy firm. I am keen to speak with Payroll Experts who have experience supporting a portfolio of clients, you will need to have experience working within an accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities

Process payrolls for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Investigate and resolve payroll queries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Manage both routine and complex administrative tasks related to payrolls.
Set up new payrolls and onboard existing payrolls for new clients.
Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Set up pension schemes, submit pension schedules, and resolve any related queries.
Manage auto-enrolment and redeclaration of pensions.
Stay up to date with changes in payroll regulations and legislation.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and GDPR guidelines are maintained at all times.
You will need to have a….

Minimum of 3 years' payroll experience

Experience with Bright Pay payroll software
Previous experience in a payroll bureau or accountancy practice is desirable.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully multitask and manage multiple payrolls lity to work both as part of a team and independently.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
