Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for healthcare? We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable administrator to be part of the Complex Needs Service (CNS) in Worcestershire. CNS is a specialist service offering treatment for adults with Complex Emotional and Relational Needs across the county.
In this important role, you'll use your knowledge, experience & expertise to provide essential admin support to the team. No NHS experience required, but a non‑judgemental attitude, a passion for excellent patient care and being a team‑player is a must.
You will be a strong communicator, supporting patients, families and professionals. You will need to be responsive and adaptable to the needs of the service.
This role is 30 hours a week, Mon‑Fri and is based at Covercroft, Droitwich. We have processes in place that support flexible working requests.

Main duties of the jobA typical day as an administrator may involve:
- Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately
- General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing
- Scheduling appointments / meetings
- Composing and sending correspondence to a wide range of individuals
- Handling queries over the telephone and face‑to‑face from staff, patients, and others
- Handling queries over email and monitoring the Teams shared inbox
- Assisting the team with various administrative tasks
- Minute taking for a wide variety of meetings

Person Specification Qualifications- Educated to vocational level 3 in Business Administration or educated to vocational level 2 with NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post.
