Personal Assistant (PA) role based in Bromsgrove supports the General Manager and Managing Director with day‑to‑day operations. This full‑time, office‑based position offers a salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum.
Beyond typical diary management, you will keep the office organised, solve problems, and ensure smooth business functioning. You will handle multiple priorities, use your initiative, and become a trusted support to the leadership team. The role requires a confident administrator who enjoys variety and being at the centre of the business.
We are a growing, ambitious business looking for an organised and proactive individual to provide day‑to‑day support to our General Manager and Managing Director.
PAKey Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the General Manager and Managing Director.
- Manage and prioritise the Managing Director’s inbox, responding or escalating emails where appropriate.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including flights, hotels and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents and presentations as required.
- Take minutes and follow up on actions where necessary.
- Order office stationery and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Support with office administration and help ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers and external contacts.
- Assist with organising company meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate records, documents and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive support or office support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Salary of £27,000–£29,000 depending on experience.
- Full‑time, office‑based role in Bromsgrove.
