The RoleAs an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will be a key member of our team, supporting our parts department with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the trade and develop a strong foundation in automotive parts and customer service. You will work closely with experienced advisors and technicians to ensure our customers receive the right parts swiftly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the accurate identification and sourcing of automotive parts for customers and workshop technicians.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, responding to enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Maintain parts stock levels by supporting stock control and ordering processes.
- Update and manage parts database records to ensure accuracy and availability of parts information.
- Support the team in processing sales transactions and maintaining paperwork.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership to support smooth operations.
- Develop technical knowledge of automotive parts to provide informed advice to customers and technicians.

- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
