Quantity Surveyor

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a Luxury House Builder based in Bromsgrove delivering various domestic projects across the West Midlands. Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong PLC housing background on a permanent basis.

Projects vary from new build, refurbishment & extensions for private clients expecting the delivery of a luxurious finish to their home.

Candidates will need to have experience working for a leading house builder overseeing estimating, take offs, procurement etc.

Hybrid flexibility is available, however the majority of time must be spent in the Bromsgrove office.

Applicants will be expected to mentor a Junior Surveyor.

Salaries on offer are around £50-60k + car allowance + benefits. Negotiable depending on experience.
