An established and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team.

The RoleAs an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders for a wide range of electrical building services projects, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to secure new business and support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and tenders.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Complete detailed take-offs and cost analysis.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Produce pricing schedules and tender submissions.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to maximise project profitability.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the tender process.
- Attend tender and pre-construction meetings when required.
- Support project handovers to the delivery team following successful tender awards.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within the Building Services or M&E sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- £65,000 - £68,000 basic salary.
