REPORTS TO: UK & Ireland Customer Service Manager

MissionThis role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders and service requests. This role involves coordinating closely with various internal teams, including the Supply Chain and Account Management departments, to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. You ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping to maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, including manual entry and processing through the company s ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain department to handle special order variations and ensure smooth logistics.
- Verify and process debit and credit notes, directing information to the appropriate departments such as Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Support the Controlling department by providing documentation for special transports, rebates, and price adjustments.
- Maintain accurate customer sales data, including price lists, contracts, and agreement updates, in coordination with the Account Manager.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software; experience with JDE is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
