Qualified Secondary Teacher

Aspire People are seeking a talented and motivated Qualified Secondary Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Bromsgrove. Key Responsibilities:

Teach and deliver lessons across secondary school subjects (specialism in [specific subject] preferred, but not essential).
Develop engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing feedback to encourage improvement.
Support the social and emotional development of students within the classroom and beyond.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded approach to student education.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support student engagement.

Essential Criteria :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Experience teaching secondary-aged students (desirable).
A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and build positive relationships with students.
Enthusiasm for developing students' skills, knowledge, and confidence.
