Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and inspire students to achieve their best?  Teacher Active work with a dynamic and inclusive secondary school and is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join one of our dedictaed schools in the Croydon area.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by:

Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay engaged in their learning.
Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
Supporting the school’s ethos of excellence and inclusivity.
This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in teaching, offering valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

Is confident, adaptable, and resilient.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
Has a strong commitment to the well-being and development of young people.
6months+ Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people.
