Teaching Assistant

We are currently supporting a number of specialist schools and alternative provisions across South London who are looking for strong SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEMH needs.

These settings work with pupils who benefit from clear structure, strong relationships and consistent support in the classroom. The right adult in the room often makes the biggest difference.

You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support pupils within lessons, helping them stay engaged with learning while maintaining clear expectations and boundaries.

This role suits individuals who remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly and build respect with pupils.

Candidates who apply should have experience working with young people and be confident managing behaviour positively.
