Are you a Sports Coach or Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in education?
Smile Education is recruiting enthusiastic, resilient and passionate Sports Coaches and Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Worcester and Bromsgrove.
If you have experience working with children or young people and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Sports Coach or Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, improve engagement, develop positive relationships and overcome barriers to learning. Whether you're supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering intervention sessions or using sport to encourage participation and wellbeing, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Sports Coaching
Behaviour Mentoring
Learning Mentoring
Youth Work
PE Delivery
Football, Rugby, Cricket, Athletics or Multi-Sports Coaching
Pastoral Support
Residential Care
Care and Support Work
Working with children or young people
Experience supporting pupils with any of the following is advantageous:
Autism (ASC)
ADHD
SEMH
Behavioural Needs
Speech, Language and Communication Needs
Complex Needs
Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs Ideal candidates will:
Be energetic, positive and resilient
Have strong behaviour management skills
Build positive relationships with young people
Be passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their potential
Be adaptable and confident working in a variety of educational settings
