An exciting opportunity has become available to secure a post in one of the country’s best middle schools
. The Governing Body wishes to appoint a Cover Supervisor
on a part time and permanent contract. The hours will be decided in agreement with the successful candidate.

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor with enthusiasm and a passion for learning who will:

• To supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers with a focus on maintaining good order, supporting pupils, responding to questions and to keep pupils on task.
• Be a ‘people person’ demonstrating exceptional inter-personal skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding all children.
• Possess excellent organisational skills.
• Motivate to inspire others in the pursuit of excellence.
• Promote inclusion as the heart of school improvement.
