Teaching Assistants & SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted Are you passionate about working with children and looking for your next opportunity in education?
Smile Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary and SEN schools in Bromsgrove, Worcester and Redditch.
We have a growing number of opportunities available for candidates looking to work in mainstream primary schools, specialist SEN settings and schools supporting pupils with additional needs. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, an SEN specialist, a recent graduate or have valuable transferable experience working with children, we want to hear from you.
Depending on the school and your experience, you could be supporting pupils:
- In the classroom alongside the class teacher.
- On a 1:1 basis.
- In small groups.
- With additional learning needs.
- With social, emotional and behavioural needs.
- With communication and interaction needs.
- With autism and ADHD.
- With complex or additional needs within specialist settings.
- To develop their confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
You will play an important role in helping children access education, overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

- Graduates interested in education
Candidates with relevant childcare or care experience
Experience with in a school is advantageous but not essential for every position.
