Fuel Recruitment is supporting a specialist engineering organisation that provides structural solutions across a wide range of projects in the UK. They are looking for an organised and detail-driven Estimator to join their Design & Structures team. The role involves working closely with Structural Engineers and CAD Technicians to produce accurate estimates, support project planning, and contribute to the delivery of structural schemes.

This position is ideal for someone with early career estimating or technical experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate estimates, quotations, and costings for structural and design-led projects.
• Work collaboratively with Structural Engineers and CAD Technicians to gather technical details and clarify requirements.
• Use Excel and internal systems to generate structured pricing and documentation.
• Review drawings, client specifications, and technical information to support estimating activity.
• Contribute to project planning and forecasting within the Design & Structures function.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the CAD team.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely information flow.
