Temporary Management Accountant (Sage 200)

Contract:

Temporary 2-4 weeks

Rate: £15-£20 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)

We are seeking an extremely experienced Sage 200 professional to support our Finance Manager on a short-term temporary contract based in Bromsgrove. This role is designed to provide hands‑on support while also helping to upskill the existing finance team through knowledge sharing and best practice.

• Supporting the Finance Manager with day‑to‑day and month‑end finance activities
• Previous experience completing nominal ledger using Sage 200.
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting and completing month‑end close processes
• Sharing Sage 200 knowledge and best practices to develop and upskill the current team
• Ad hoc finance tasks as required during the contract period

• Extensive, hands‑on experience with Sage 200 (essential)
• Strong background in nominal ledgers, reconciliations, and month‑end processes
• Confident working autonomously and supporting others
• Ability to explain processes clearly and upskill team members
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Available immediately

Competitive hourly rate of £15-£20 per hour, with flexibility for the right candidate

Short‑term 2-4 week contract with a clear remit
