The successful Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations while supporting strategic growth and sustainability.

The Role – Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and strong financial governance across the organisation. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight that informs business decisions and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation of monthly management accounts

* Budget setting, monitoring and forecasting

* Cash flow management and financial planning

* Overseeing payroll and invoicing processes

* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

* Supporting audits and improving financial systems

About You

To be successful in this Finance Manager position, you will have:

* Previous experience in a Finance Manager role or similar senior finance position

* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting

* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

* Confidence working independently and supporting senior leadership

* Experience with in care, social care, health or service-led environments (desirable)
