We are looking for ambitious graduates to join our Tax team and build a career advising clients in the sport, film, entertainment and high net worth sectors.
Ground Control Business Management is not a typical accountancy firm. We operate as a business management and financial concierge service, supporting clients with complex financial, tax and lifestyle needs at every stage of their careers.

The Opportunity- Work on a diverse portfolio of clients across sport, entertainment and international business.
- Support tax compliance and advisory work for individuals and businesses.

What We’re Looking For- Degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline.
- Strong GCSE Maths (or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Think logically and apply common sense to problem-solving.
- Are naturally inquisitive and confident asking questions.
- Can explain complex ideas in a clear and simple way.
- Take ownership of their work and push themselves further.
- Work collaboratively and contribute to team success.
- Are motivated to build a long‑term career in tax and advisory.
- Fully funded ATT qualification, with progression to CTA.
- Structured CPD programme supported by experienced professionals.
- Ongoing coaching and exposure to technical experts and leadership.

This role requires commitment, including study outside of working hours, but offers significant long‑term career opportunities.
Salary & Benefits- Working hours:
37.15 hours per week. - Hybrid working: 2 days from home (role dependent).
- 23 days holiday plus public holidays (increasing to 26 with service).
- Pension contributions above statutory minimum.
