Personal Tax Assistant Manager – West Midlands

Join a fast‑paced team supporting high‑profile clients in the Entertainment Industry, working closely with Directors and international offices on complex and interesting tax matters. This role offers a clear pathway to Manager level.

• Manage a portfolio of clients and their UK tax compliance
• Prepare and review tax returns, identifying issues and ensuring accuracy
• Support Managers/Directors on complex work and advisory projects
• Assist with supervising junior staff and reviewing basic work
• Handle client queries and build relationships
• Collaborate with international teams
• Contribute to workflow management and team development

• Strong personal tax compliance experience with some review exposure
• CTA qualified or nearly qualified (desirable)
• Experience supporting junior staff
• Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage deadlines
• Exposure to international tax, residency, or mobile clients is a plus
• Ambitious and keen to progress to Manager
