Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are seeking a Private Sector Housing Officer to improve housing standards across both districts. You will inspect homes, investigate complaints, work with landlords and tenants, and use enforcement powers to tackle poor housing conditions.
You will handle inspections under HHSRS, enforce licensing for HMOs, and respond to breaches of housing legislation.
