As our HR Business Partner, youll work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service. Youll partner across the business to drive engagement, strengthen culture, and ensure our people have the support they need to thrive.

• Act as a strategic partner to managers, offering expert advice on HR matters
• Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
• Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring positive and fair outcomes
• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
• Deliver training, coaching and guidance to managers
• Support with talent management, performance, and employee development
• Use HR data and insights to influence decisions and continuous improvement
