We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior recruitment consultant to specialise in our niche sectors and truly become an expert in your field!

• 360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Over 3 solid years' experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
• Professional and consultative approach in developing new clients and managing existing clients.
• Confident Business Development Experience.
• Resilience and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Impeccable time management skills.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload by own initiative.
• Results oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with Broadbean, Total Jobs and CV Library is a plus.
• Process driven and well organised.
• Team player with ability to collaborate via phone, video, face‑to‑face and events.
• Represent Agricultural and Farming Jobs at industry shows and events.

• Basic Salary £30k - £35k (DOE – discussed at interview).
