The Opportunity Youll join a sizeable and experienced Private Client team handling a broad range of matters. The role offers strong support, high-quality work and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a collaborative division. Your caseload will include:
Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Estate administration Creation and administration of trusts Supporting with marketing and business development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ5 PQE) Experience managing a general Private Client caseload Strong commitment to client care and relationship management Understanding of regulatory compliance, including Law Society guidance, GDPR and Solicitors Accounts Rules Proactive approach to business development and cross-referrals Full driving licence
