Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling approximately 400 job costings per week using schedules of rates, managing profit and loss sheets, and overseeing wage and bonus schemes for a team of about 11 engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform commercial and performance reviews to ensure operational efficiency.
* Use schedules of rates for accurate job costing and financial tracking.
* Manage and oversee the wages and bonus structures for engineering staff.
* Ensure that all profit and loss sheets are maintained and up to date.
* Contribute to a stable and long-term work environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar commercial management role.
* Familiarity with job costing, schedules of rates, and financial oversight.
* Strong organizational and review skills
