Looking for a role where you can really make an impact? If you've worked in a high-volume retail environment and have proven managerial or supervisory experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Motivate staff and plan schedules.
- Ensure visual merchandising is on point and customers receive exceptional service.
- Maintain high operational standards and solve problems.
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent communication, commercial mindset and ability to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Plant knowledge is a plus but not essential.
