Salary: £50,000-£55,000

Working:
Hybrid + regional travel
We're recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading social housing contractor, managing Fire, Life Safety & Security service and maintenance operations across the region.
Key responsibilities:
Manage engineers, subcontractors and engineering workflows.
Oversee planned, reactive, remedial and small works.
Ensure contractual KPIs, QHSE and H&S standards are met.
Monitor performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Support quotations and project delivery.
We're looking for:
Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems.
Hands-on experience working with engineering teams.
Previous management experience is desirable.
Social Housing/Housing Association experience is advantageous, not essential.
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
Ability to pass a DBS check.
Candidates must be commutable to Bromsgrove, ideally from Worcestershire, Warwickshire or the West Midlands.
