Assembly Technician (Gearboxes / Industrial) £30,000 - £35,000 (OTE £41,000)  Training  Pension (22% Employer)  Company Bonus (4 Weeks Pay)  Overtime  Site Work Bonus  Company Benefits Bromsgrove Are you a hands-on Technician/Engineer with experience working on motors or gearboxes, looking to join a large, international company who will invest heavily into your development through full internal training and plenty of room to progress your skill set?

In this role you will be and carrying out assessments, testing and assembly of industrial gearboxes and motors. This will include fault finding and stripping down of various mechanical equipment and completing service jobs. Full on the job training will be provided, including extensive development programmes to progress your career. This role would suit someone with hands-on mechanical experience, perhaps a motor vehicle Technician/Mechanic or a Fitter/Engineer, looking to take the next step in your career with plenty of ongoing training.

The Role:

Assembling a range of industrial gearboxes and motors Replacing gears, shafts, and seals Full internal training on state-of-the-art equipment Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
