A housing services organization is seeking a Housing Options Officer to deliver essential support in preventing homelessness. You will provide a comprehensive housing advice service and assess individual needs while maintaining a positive attitude in a challenging environment. Candidates should possess experience in social housing, an understanding of Homeless legislation, and excellent customer interaction skills. A DBS check and valid driving license are required for this role.
