Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Services

Bromyard (Beautiful Rural Setting), Branas Isaf, within the Care Tech Group.

£34,424 - £40,904 per year

Role & Impact
  • Provide strong, visible leadership and support team development.
  • Drive a culture of safeguarding, safety, and therapeutic practice.
  • Ensure the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
  • Build a nurturing, structured environment where young people feel safe, valued, and empowered.
  • Collaborate with education, therapy, and clinical professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Act as a role model for outstanding practice, emotional resilience, and professional integrity.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care.
  • QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence & access to transport.
  • Ability to work a 2 on / 4 off shift pattern, including sleep‑ins.
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge, emotional resilience, and confidence to lead.
Desirable
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or commitment to complete).
  • Experience of leading teams or stepping into management responsibilities.
