Teacher Active is recruiting an Outreach Tutor to support children and young people outside the traditional classroom in Herefordshire. You will deliver tailored 1:1 tuition in homes and community settings, adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs while building positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals.
You should have QTS or a UK recognised teaching qualification and experience with SEND, SEMH or alternative provision.
