A Digital Print Operator or Trainee is required for a permanent, full-time role based in Bromyard (HR7), working 39.5 hours per week on site. The position offers a salary of £12.80–£13.30 per hour, dependent on experience and successful probation completion. Both trainees with no prior digital print experience and experienced operators are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include operating digital print machinery, maintaining print quality, and supporting production workflows.

Trainee level: £12.80 p/h, rising to £13.15 p/h upon successful completion of 3-month probation. Digital Printer Operator level: £13 p/h, rising to £13.30 p/h upon successful completion of 3-month probation. The company is open to this position either being a trainee position or experienced position dependant on the candidate, so whilst no digital print experience is necessary, we would encourage both trainees and experienced digital print operators to apply as we’d be keen to speak to you.
