We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturer within the engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales team.

The Role
As Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales operation — ensuring orders run smoothly, customers are supported, and opportunities are maximised.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential administrative support to the Sales team
* Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on sales leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
* Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and database management (MIE Trak ERP)
* Support customer service initiatives, including surveys and complaint resolution
* Collaborate with Production and Engineering to meet customer deadlines
* Assist with exhibitions, customer meetings, and visits
* Gather market and product insights to support commercial activity
* Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 standards, company policies, and Health & Safety regulations
* Positively represent the company brand at all times
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems
✔ Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
