Physiatry​/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our healthcare team in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in workers compensation cases and a passion for delivering exceptional rehabilitative care within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, manage, and treat pain from injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions.

• Conduct thorough examinations to identify complex or challenging diagnoses.

• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans to restore function and enhance patient well-being.

• Prescribe medications, administer injections, and educate patients on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and medical teams to optimize patient care.

• Accurately document all evaluations and treatments in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an accredited university; NY Medical License required.

• 2+ years of experience in workers compensation; 5+ years preferred, including motor vehicle injury cases.

• Workers Compensation Authorized with knowledge of No-Fault and Workers Compensation laws.

• Licensed Acupuncturist (preferred).
