Certified Nursing Assistant

The Riverdale Nursing & Rehab Center is currently seeking a Full
-Time CNA's for day (7am-3pm), evening ( 3pm-11pm) night ( 11pm-7am) AND Weekend shifts to join our dynamic organization.

OVERVIEW:

CNA is responsible for providing direct resident care including clinical, personal, nutritional and restorative care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Help patients use the restroom

· Clean and bathe patients or residents

· Maintain patients' hygiene and change bedding

· Turn, reposition, and move patients between wheelchairs, seats, and beds

· Serve meals and help patients eat their food

· Measure vital signs like blood pressure and temperature

· Listen to patient’s health concerns and report details to a RN or Doctor

REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid CNA License in the State of New York

· CPR/BLS certified

· Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a Long term care Facility.
