Assistant Director of Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staffing, scheduling, and training

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with the Director of Housekeeping to develop and implement policies and procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, and visitors

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent required
