Regularly monitor vital signs and observe changes in health conditions to provide timely reporting to healthcare providers;
Assist with the management of chronic conditions, implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals, and support clients recovering from surgery or during rehabilitation by following specific medical guidelines to promote healing;
Provide companionship and emotional support to help clients cope with loneliness, and engage them in activities and hobbies to enhance their well-being;
Help administer prescribed medications, including injections, and monitor for side effects to ensure proper adherence;
Provide assistance with complex personal care needs like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to ensure hygiene and safety. Prepare meals according to medical dietary restrictions and offer hands-on feeding support.
