Community Partner Coordinator
The Community Partner Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies to support client engagement and placement. This role coordinates outreach, site visits, and events to strengthen collaboration, while supporting digital engagement efforts and civic growth opportunities. The Coordinator also helps evaluate partnership effectiveness, contributes to reporting, and assists in planning service-learning and training initiatives.
Strong relationship-building and organizational skills are essential. This position supports operations at both PACE sites in the South Bronx and downtown Brooklyn; while travel between sites is required, the primary work location will be in downtown Brooklyn.
Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating partnerships with community-based organizations, leveraging existing relationships to maximize engagement, assisting in the planning and coordination of networking opportunities, and supporting corporation and funder reporting requirements.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or experience commensurate to 3-5 years' experience in nonprofit or community-based programming, demonstrated ability to motivate partners, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relationship management systems.
