To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Current RN License: Must hold a valid State RN license.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in long-term care is required.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
