As an RN Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee nursing staff scheduling and assignments to meet resident care requirements.
• Create a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and their families.
• Respond to questions and requests from residents and staff, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing essential rules and regulations.
• Safeguard resident confidence by managing confidential information effectively.
• Document resident care services accurately and efficiently.
• Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams to enhance teamwork.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• A strong and positive leadership style that inspires your team.
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents and staff.
• Basic computer skills to manage documentation and communication.
