• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan aligned with strategic business goals
• Lead cross-functional project teams including supply chain, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Define scope, schedule, resources, and cost for projects
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Track project performance, milestones, and risks
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders on strategy and progress
• Evaluate project results and continuously improve process execution

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a chemical or pharmaceutical plant
• Experience with Microsoft Project (for the Web)
• Familiarity with batch processing, packaging of hazardous materials
• Working knowledge of ISO
  9001 and GMP standards
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams
• Clear communication and reporting skills across organizational levels
• Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
