Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan aligned with strategic business goals
- Lead cross-functional project teams including supply chain, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Define scope, schedule, resources, and cost for projects
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Track project performance, milestones, and risks
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate consistently with stakeholders on strategy and progress
- Evaluate project results and continuously improve process execution
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a chemical or pharmaceutical plant
- Experience with Microsoft Project (for the Web)
- Familiarity with batch processing, packaging of hazardous materials
- Working knowledge of ISO
9001 and GMP standards - Proven track record managing cross-functional teams
- Clear communication and reporting skills across organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
