Resident Services Director - Assisted Living

The Village at Brookfield Commons is hiring a Resident Services Director to manage the Assisted Living program. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday.

• Accountable for labor hours and overtime usage
• Schedule staff and provide budgetary guidance
• Execute the traditional resident care budget for the community
• Complete daily review of timekeeping practices and punch detail to assure all hours worked are appropriately recorded and paid
• Recognize and assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation (financial and other) and report to appropriate sources per state regulations
• Ongoing evaluation and assessment of the Traditional Program to define needs and opportunities for growth
• Participate in daily Stand-Up Meetings, weekly Department Head Meeting, Resident at Risk meetings, Resident Move In, Resident Tracking Meeting and Associate RYG meetings as scheduled with the Executive Director and community team

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Possesses knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory impairments and techniques on behavior management
• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with YARDI, Ulti Pro, UTA, ERSP, VLT and ULM a plus
