Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and package orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, including expired or short‑dated items included on the pick list.
• Coordinate with the club team to replenish merchandise and pull from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure orders are picked on time to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders, maintain a neat and organized SFC area, and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

• Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces and may require frequent bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional need to lift heavier objects with assistance.
• Work is in a comfortable environment with moving machinery and loud equipment; there may be exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.
• Occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.40.
