Position: National Stone Consultant (Inside Sales/ Customer Success)

Position Overview

As we continue to expand nationally, we’re building a modern, customer‑focused sales organization that blends strong inside service with strategic field representation. The Natural Stone Consultant (NSC) is a cornerstone of that model. The Natural Stone Consultant is an inside sales and customer success professional responsible for managing and growing relationships with Authorized Dealers. This role ensures every Delgado Stone dealer receives exceptional service, timely communication, and proactive support that makes doing business with us easy and rewarding.

Each NSC manages a portfolio of Authorized Dealers, providing day‑to‑day service, order support, and sales guidance while working collaboratively with regional Dealer Sales Managers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Authorized Dealers.
  • Manage inbound orders, quotes, and product inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
  • Support adoption of online ordering systems and streamlined workflows.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins with dealer partners to review sales, forecast demand, and recommend stocking strategies through our Inventory Advantage membership Program (IAP).
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM (Hub Spot) records, including Dealer Development fields and communication history.
  • Collaborate closely with Dealer Sales Managers (DSMs) on new dealer onboarding and ongoing service for Core Dealers and IAP Members.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase dealer revenue and product mix.
  • Ensure a seamless, positive experience for every dealer partner — from first inquiry through delivery.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success — ideally within building materials, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator — comfortable managing a high‑volume, relationship‑driven portfolio.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teammates and field‑based sales staff.
  • Passion for craftsmanship, architecture, or design is a plus!
  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000–$80,000
  • Compensation Mix: ~70/30 base‑to‑variable
  • Performance‑based incentives, quarterly SPIFFs, and accuracy bonuses.
