Position: HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
  • Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
  • Work efficiently during standard hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NATE Core Certification (Reimbursement available for those obtaining certification).
  • State of Connecticut D or S license
