Part Time Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer Job Description
The Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut is seeking a Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer for our Brookfield facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all members
- New Member orientations
- Assist members in creating and reaching fitness goals
- Floor supervision
- Support safe and efficient operations by maintaining equipment and promoting adherence to safety protocols.
- To create a safe and friendly environment for members
- A current nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA preferred)
- Current CPR;
First Aid; AED - Outstanding customer service skills
We are seeking candidates with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Morning, evening and weekend shifts available.
