Title: Senior Tax Accountant

Salary: $85,000 per year + Benefits

Location: Brookfield, WI

• Prepare and review tax returns including 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, 990 & 1040.
• Handle Payroll Tax, Sales & Use Tax, Property Tax returns.
• Assist with tax planning.
• Reconcile depreciation and shareholder basis issues.
• Develop monthly & annual financial statements, including cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets.
• Research and interpret complex accounting and tax topics for clients.
• Oversee account reconciliation and journal entries.
• Build client relationships through engagement and consulting.

• Extensive experience with Ultra Tax
• Quick Books proficiency
• CPA certification preferred
• 2-3 years of public accounting experience
• Experience with multi-state individual and corporate tax prep
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
