Part-Time Warehouse Coordinator – Generator Division

Location:
Brookfield, WI

Schedule:
Approximately 20 Hours/Week | Flexible Hours Between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Are you a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently but can step in as a team player when needed? Our Generator Division in Brookfield, WI is looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Coordinator to help support our sales and rental operations by keeping equipment organized, accessible, and ready to go.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming equipment and parts
• Coordinate logistics for outgoing equipment, including Corporate runs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform monthly physical counts
• Keep the warehouse, shop, and oil room clean, organized, and safe
• Support rental check-in/check-out and manage related paperwork
• Deliver/pick up parts, engines, and rental equipment as needed
• Handle DOT checks on trailers and maintain load bank storage
• Assist with shipping/receiving, truck inventory, and warranty parts organization
• Help prepare equipment for technical training classes
• Support second-hand area management and fuel/oil sample prep

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar setting
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Certified to operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)
• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs with proper support and aids
• Comfortable working in various environments, including moderate to loud noise levels and seasonal weather conditions

Bonus Points For:

• Awareness of lean business principles
• Basic mechanical knowledge of engines and generators
• Willingness to explore online training modules (Kohler, Yanmar, ADP)

This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team. You won’t have any direct reports, but your impact will be felt company-wide.

This part-time role is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We’re happy to work with your availability as long as the job gets done.
