- 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, working 7am-7pm (APP's cover 7pm-7am)
- Shared weekend and holiday rotation
- Average daily census of approximately 11 patients
- Adult and general inpatient pediatric care Including eICU
- Strong nursing and ancillary support
- 24/7 diagnostic and laboratory services
- Up to $397,000/year + benefits, W2, based on experience and contract fulfillment
- Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance
- Additional incentives for extra shifts and holidays

- 6% retirement match plus a 457(f) and 457(b)
This is a locally controlled, nonprofit community hospital offering Hospitalists the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum medicine in a collaborative environment. The hospital provides a range of medical and surgical services and works closely with regional specialists and telemedicine resources to support patients when additional expertise is needed.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
- Wisconsin medical license or eligibility
- BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Comfortable practicing in a community hospital setting with remote specialty support
