Sunset Woods Senior Living is currently seeking a Caregiver CNA to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our community. We focus on person-centered care. Our exceptionally trained and dedicated team members provide assistance and support with activities of daily living to maximize independence, while honoring dignity.

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Exhibits a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work‑related problems with the proper individuals.
• Communicates with careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
• Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
• Makes a neat, clean appearance.
• Participates in designated facility in‑services.
• Helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
• CBRF Class Certifications – Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking, and Fire Safety.
