Position:
Amazon Connect Specialist – Sr Consultant (Must have Quicksight)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3 months contract potential to extend
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture, contact flows, IVR, queues, routing, recordings, and troubleshooting
- Strong experience with AWS Lambda using Python and/or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and Cloud Watch
- Experience developing and troubleshooting Amazon Connect APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with call recording storage, metadata, indexing, search, and retrieval solutions
- Strong hands-on Amazon Quick Sight experience is required
- Experience building and modifying Quick Sight dashboards, datasets, filters, and calculated fields
- Experience supporting UAT, deployment, production issues, go-live, and hypercare
- Ability to independently own and deliver technical work streams
- Strong customer-facing communication and knowledge-transfer skills
- Strong technical and solution documentation skills
- SMS/MMS implementation and configuration
- Short-code and carrier registration processes
- AWS messaging services
- Experience taking over and completing partially developed Amazon Connect/AWS implementations
- Experience working in customer co-build or consulting environments
