Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager - AI/Data Platform Services in Brookfield, WI.Overview:
We are looking to assist our client in finding a Senior Manager, AI & Data Platform Services in the Greater Milwaukee area. This position will sit in the greater Milwaukee area and requires on site a few days/week.
The Senior Manager, AI & Data Platform Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the engineering, development, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise AI and data technology platforms.
This position leads a multidisciplinary team of platform architects, software engineers, and platform engineers responsible for delivering secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective enterprise technology services.
The organization's portfolio encompasses Microsoft 365 and its associated productivity, collaboration, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities;
Microsoft Fabric and Power BI; and Databricks.
The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, AI/MLOps, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise technology capabilities that enable innovation and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enterprise AI & Data Platform Leadership
* Microsoft 365, AI & Data Platform Services:
Provide engineering and operational leadership for Company's enterprise Microsoft ecosystem, encompassing productivity, collaboration, automation, analytics, and AI services;
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Services
* Databricks Platform Services:
Lead the administration, engineering, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise Databricks platform
* Enterprise AI Platform Development & Operations
* Platform Engineering & Operational Excellence
* AI Fin Ops, Consumption Governance & Financial Management
* Security, Governance & Risk Management
* Global Team Leadership & Organizational Development Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
* 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, cloud engineering, software engineering, data platforms, or related disciplines
* 5+ years of experience leading technical engineering, software development, or platform operations teams
* Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale cloud, AI, analytics, or data platforms
* Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture, enterprise Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and administrative governance
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric Job Type Contract Compensation
